What is TAT?
Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT)® is a gentle and simple acupressure technique for ending traumatic stress, reducing allergic reactions and freeing yourself of negative beliefs. Based on the ancient system of Traditional Chinese Medicine, TAT allows information and energy to be processed by a person’s whole body-mind in minutes. TAT is a simple and effective energy technique created by Tapas Flemming that delivers inner peace, relaxation, more vibrant health and empowerment. It combines lightly holding a few acupressure points on your head (the TAT pose) as you put your attention on a problem (the Steps of TAT).
TAT is easy to do and can be applied to oneself or others.

About Tapas Flemming
The originator of TAT is a licensed acupuncturist in California where she practices Traditional Chinese Medicine. She was trained at the Emperor’s College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in California and received advanced training in China. In 1992, she began specializing in bio-energetic allergy treatments without needles and in 1993 developed TAT. Presentations of TAT are attended and endorsed by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Counsellors and Social Workers who have enthusiastically responded to these unique psychological perspectives.
